We evaluate lot configuration, access, sun exposure, utilities, drainage, architecture, privacy, and how the homeowner wants to use the backyard.
Detailed 3D renderings allow you to review the pool and surrounding space before construction. Pools R Us then coordinates the applicable engineering, permitting, HOA documentation, construction, finishes, startup, and final walkthrough.

We meet at your home to discuss the current property, how you want to use the backyard, features you are considering, and the budget you want the design to respect. We review the lot, pool, structures, access, utilities, drainage, sun, wind, privacy, and landscaping.
We define whether the project is best approached as new construction, renovation, outdoor living, or a combination. For comprehensive projects, custom plans and 3D renderings show how the pool and surrounding features work together.
We help select finishes, hardscape, equipment, fixtures, appliances, and other project materials. Pools R Us identifies applicable engineering, permitting, inspections, and HOA-review requirements based on the address and approved scope.
Specialized crews complete the structural, pool, plumbing, electrical, gas, masonry, decking, and outdoor-living work in the appropriate sequence. The project is actively managed, and you receive progress communication.
Tile, coping, decking, interior finishes, lighting, equipment, appliances, fire and water features, and landscape elements are installed. Pool systems and compatible outdoor components are started and checked.
We review the completed project and explain the operation and basic care of the installed pool equipment, automation, lighting, appliances, and features.
